48 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid being
charged for the lesson period.

All tuition is given on a one to one basis, and will be conducted
on a door-to-door basis.

Drink responsibly. Alcohol will stay in your system many hours
after you stop drinking. In the interests of safety, and road
traffic law, the lesson will be postponed and charged for.

In the interests of safety, we reserve the right to withdraw the
tuition vehicle if, in the instructor's opinion, you are not ready
for a practical driving test.

In the unlikely event of a bulb failing during the show me/tell
me element of the Practical Test, and the test being cancelled,
DRIVERSMATTER.CO.UK can accept no liability in such situations.
The Instructor will check all lights daily, and both the candidate
and Instructor will check them on arrival at the Test Centre.
